Math Homework Pass

Question: Why can’t i pass my math tests and quizzes but I’m am doing really good on my math homework?
In school my math teacher knows I’m doing really good in school and with my math homework but when she passes out the tests and quizes i can’t pass them and it’s not like i freeze up an di don’t feel presured from the time. I don’t know what’s wrong with me!
When I hand in my tests or quizzes I feel like I did such a good job and i get so excited to see my grade then I get the papers back and it turns out that I failed!!!! Somebody help me figure out what my problem is and quick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Answer: You might have test anxiety.
If it’s mild, you can train yourself to relax by doing many different quiet excercises before and during the test.
If it’s more severe, then you will need to see a doctor, so he can test you (I know, the irony…).
Then, he will give your school the information so that they can make modifications for you to be successful when you test.
You can’t avoid the testing, but you can avoid the stress.
Good luck!
Happy holidays!

Math Help Tutor Free

Question: Does anyone know of any good FREE math tutor/help sites?
I’m in College Algebra, and sometimes get stuck (math is not my strong suit). Please let me know if you have run into anything good. Thank you!
On the internet, I mean.
Answer: Your school should provide a math lab that is free (or that you pay for in your tuition). Usually the math lab is located in the same building that your math class is in and provides you with the use of instructors or graduate students that can help you with homework or answer general questions. Just ask your instructor where to go.
